I was in charge of an outdoor Winter outing for 100 people from the US and a dozen other countries.  With so many nationalities and cultures, the question became how do you provide a casual dining experience for 100 people with diverse needs? 

The answer was Pizza!  Fired-Up Catering was recommended by a colleague.  She was very accommodating and willing to be flexible with the menu and eager to provide excellent customer service. 

Fired-up was able to provide non-meat options to satisfy our vegetarian guests, Gluten free pizza for the folks that require gluten free, and great combinations of meat pizza and meat and vegetables for the other pizza lovers from around the globe.  There were a variety of pizza choices at all times, with unique combinations, all cooked in the oven that Fired-Up brought to the venue.  A particular favorite was the desert pizza that was served later in the evening.   Until you have had banana caramel pizza for desert, you have not lived.  That was a big hit.  The success of our outing had a lot to do with the pizza.  Great Job Jennine.  Thanks!

Jennine and Fired-up Catering came highly recommended, and after our wedding reception event we certainly understood why. Throughout the planning process Jennine was tremendously helpful. She had great ideas and we went with all of her recommendations. The day of the reception she was at the venue in plenty of time to ensure the food was ready at the time we designated, and everything was fresh and delicious. She even had gluten-free pizza and calzones for our guests who need to be gluten-free. The staff/servers/bartender were friendly and professional and for months after the reception our friends were still talking about the food. As a matter of fact, we became such fans of Jennine and Fired-up Catering that my husband's 40th high school reunion committee has hired her to cater their dinner/dance. Thanks Jennine!

We were incredibly thrilled with the catering you provided. It was awesome in every way. A few highlights:

• Jake and team were very professional. They worked independently, "reading" the crowd and always having food ready when it disappeared (and it disappeared QUICKLY). Working independently isn't always easy, but we appreciated it so much since we were running around all evening catching up with friends and family (some we hadn't seen in a decade!)
• The food was amazing in quality and taste ... we received compliments all evening, plus the next day and every day since. People were so incredibly happy with the food!
• The extra touches, like passing some appetizers and dessert pizzas, were a total surprise and such a lovely addition to the services.
• Your catering company delivered precisely the "vibe" we were going for ... casual and fun, but thoughtful and delicious. We couldn't have asked for more. 

As you can see, we are big fans. We couldn't have found a better caterer for us, and we look forward to working together again.

We used Fired-Up Catering for our son's high-school graduation party.  Jennine is fabulous.  She was so easy to work with!!!   EVERYONE raved about the food and we have given her name numerous times.  Almost 2 years later and guests from that party still ask for her information because the pizza was so amazing!!  There is no question we will use Fired-Up again for our next graduation party!!!
